安装oald8后运行有问题

安装完牛津高阶8的过程中没有出现错误，但是安装后打开后会弹出两个框
一个是“please insert the oxford advance learner's dictionary cd-rom to access this feature"不知道这个和什么问题有关，自己又重新安装了好几次都一样。这种情况下在查词框输入单词按回车是不管用的。
还有一个是关于flash的，问题难道是我flash版本低吗？，提示的是这样“this page contains information of atype(application/x-shockwave-flash)that can only be viewed with the appropriate plug-in..click ok to download plugin。
