按照教程还是无法安装ubuntu touch

手机HTC sensation z710e
已root & unlocked ，s-on
输入adb devices 显示正常
输入adb reboot bootloader 手机能够进入引导模式
但是
输入ubuntu-flash-device --channel=devel --bootstrap
出现Expecting the device to be in the bootloader…waiting
然后就没有然后了
是哪里出错？还是手机问题？
