联想小新pro13无法连接wifi

在装了win10和ubuntu 18.04.3后发现设置页面没有wifi开关，显示未发现wifi适配器
win10的快速启动已关闭，secure boot已关闭
网卡的型号是intel wireless-AC 9462
下面是其他的一些信息(正在使用usb连接网络)
