我的机器是IBM X30，没有光驱的那种，一直都是用U盘启动安装系统的。

装有XP和ubuntu系统（XP在C盘），带grub引导。

现在XP挂掉了，现在只能进ubuntu了。

我硬盘里面有XP的gho文件和dos下运行的ghost.exe。

问题是:
用什么方法可以恢复我的XP？可以在ubuntu下安装dos吗？

不需要安装，直接用ar4 后mem那个就可了。grub能启动的。。自己找一下

下载下面的附件解压
把memdisk.gz和ghost.ima放在/boot下
然后在menu.lst末尾添加如下

title ghost

kernel (hd0,x)/boot/memdisk.gz

initrd (hd0,x)/boot/ghost.ima

其中 x 填你的/分区

如果 /boot 单独分出来相应的改一下menu.lst
启动时选ghost就到ghost界面下了

说明一下，上传的附件是在 mac os x 底下制作的，可能混入了一些 mac 下面的垃圾
只有memdisk.gz和ghost.ima两个文件是有用的

即使你使用ghost恢复了xp那么接下来你会接着问MBR的问题

ghost不会影响mbr，原来ubuntu正常，ghost后也是正常的。

很高兴能看到这一页，想问一下，我打开ghost后发现，只有一个C盘哦，而且这个C盘好像不是直正的C盘，我想从D盘调gho文件都没办法，（声明，用的FAT32是用ubuntu格式化的）之前只有一个ubuntu，但当时分过两个区想装windows却没安装进
