我是ubuntu 9.04版本。

为了使用emacs查看代码，安装CEDET 和ECB。

CEDET安装没有什么问题，但安装ECB的时候出了些问题。

安装前编译，ECB，一下是makefile的内容：
有个EMACS bin文件的路径要配置，我的是在/usr/bin下。但是make时出错，权限不够？？
为什么呢，我是在root用户下敲的make。请大家帮帮忙看看，谢谢！
