ctags & cscope

我装了cscope ,为什么在vim中输入:cscope,会提示sorry , the command is not available in this version.
还有ctags的问题，在/usr/include目录下输入 ctags -R * 会显示killed
而在其他地方我也试过，可以生成tags文件，没有问题。
