一个flash-plugin下载链接不到，就^Z\^C掉了，没想到麻烦就来了
想装一个rar，发现报错：
E: 无法获得锁 /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 资源暂时不可用)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
看了一下，没有其他什么相应软件开着（新利得、更新、卸载全没开阿）
搞不定，重启机子。
再开新利得，说apt-get apti..什么的开着呢，冤枉阿，刚开机呢
然后说：
请运行dpkg --configure -a 这样的话
没办法，就先关了新利得，毕竟之能有一个apt类的东西可以运行嘛
然后，我就 sudo dpkg --configure -a
却报告：
dpkg: 另外一个进程已经为状态数据库加了锁
～～～～～
不知道怎么回事，机子装不了软件了，跪拜大牛，orz
