how to make bootable usb of Arch in windows?

in linux ? i can use dd if=xxx of=/dev/sdx to create bootable usb of Arch
but how to do in Windows?
i have used some tool like UltraIso ,Unetbootin,neither got it!
so what should i do now?
Do you guys know other tool?
PS: i'll never create CD or DVD with ISO

Rename your Archlinux image file as something like "*.img" to make sure that the image file could be found accurately.
This magnificent little tool is easy to use.

I used UltraISO to make bootalbe usb.

It's easy to use UltraISO to do this. Once you have a bootalbe usb, the install process is the same to cd.

win32 disk imager is OK
The Win32 Disk Imager's file browser assumes image files end with .img, so if the image-file you have selected ends with .iso, you will have to type its name in manually
