systemd and gnome3.6 sucks

My input method broken, so, En instead.

After -Syu, gdm can not run complete, it stops at login screen, with a wheel mouse icon, nothing to display, no X err log, no dmesg err log. Read wiki, knows systemctl.

Now, try this:

#systemctl --failed

Okay, got it, an accounts-daemon.services err. It can not enable automatically. So try this command to start it manual:

#systemctl start accounts-daemon.services

( you can read errlog like this: journalctl ;journalctl | grep gdm, etc.)

Nothing happend. fml. Seems I have to roll-back this package. Fortunately, I didn't delete elder one, so:

sudo pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/accountsservice-0.6.25-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz

Ok, now reboot. Seems gdm works. But leaves me some trouble, like no input method ( that's why I try En instead ), no network ( I have to run this : /etc/rc.d/network start )

gnome3.6 is not a good DE, so kde is. Systemd is too hard for me to learn.

BTW:why accounts-daemon.services crash? and i want an input method now.

现在新的版本的gnome-settings-daemon 3.6.3-2 解除了ibus的依赖，可以完全卸载ibus，装个fcitx就搞定

我这gnome3.6有同样的问题， 把accountsservice降级以后就恢复正常了，至于输入法，还是fcitx好用多了

ps看回贴才发现论坛自带输入法 好厉害
