求助，vmware 9.0安装后提示缺少内核

小弟用的ubuntu 13.04 工作需要用到windows,
想弄个虚拟机代替代替，结果提示无内核，，提示如下

the running kernel.

内核实际上已经安装了，但是检测不到，求大神帮忙
