Ubuntu没有亮度调节条，没法调整亮度

很无奈，记得以前在系统设置，亮度里面有个亮度条，可以调节。现在再打开是一闪而过。目前是这样--上图

对了 还有一个问题，我的本机硬盘不够安装Linux的了，我想安装到移动硬盘上。怎么安装？grub？ 在Windows下不能用啊。我的Linux目前跑在虚拟机中。
