ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS接DVI-D和VGA双显示器，重启后不显示鼠标光标

说明：鼠标没有坏，左右键单机和双击都好使，就是不显示鼠标光标
1. . 只连接VGA或DVI-D一个接口显示器，重启鼠标一点问题都没有
2 . 之前厂商安装的系统，接双显示器重启也没问题
3 . 进入tty1-4,然后startx后鼠标正常

自己重装系统后(镜像是从管网下载的)，现在每次重启都需要拔掉一个显示器，开机后再连接，不然鼠标就不给显示。

接电视和投影也有问题，多晃晃鼠标就出来了。

硬件或驱动问题首先详细说明自己机器的配置。如果是品牌机至少说明一下厂商和具体的型号，另外，既然提到“之前厂商安装的系统”--那么到底是什么预装的系统呢？请说明系统及其版本。。。
