请问Ubuntu18.04开机界面出现这种情况是硬件问题吗

为了请大伙更好地分析，我会尽可能地详细阐述。
这个Ubuntu系统安装前设备是裸机，通过远程挂载CD/DVD的方式使用BIOS安装Ubuntu系统，最开始安装的是18.04.6系统，系统可以进去试用版的Ubuntu图形化界面，但是点击桌面的系统安装文件后，系统安装到一半时出现这种报错：

This is often due to a faulty CD/DVD disk or drive, or a faulty hard
disk. It may help to clean the CD/DVD, to burn the CD/DVD at a lower
speed, to clean the CD/DVD drive lens (cleaning kits are often
available from electronics suppliers), to check whether the hard disk
is old and in need of replacement, or to move the system to a cooler
environment.
因此我重新挂载iso文件进行安装，仍是18.04.6版本，但是这次直接卡在了Ubuntu这个字符界面，下面的灯也不再闪烁。所以又安装了18.04版本，这个版本试用版图形化界面能够正常进入，但是系统正式安装完后变成了图中这种怪异的模样，实在搞不明白哪里出了问题

你重新下载下安装文件，用软件核对下md5，看看你下载的文件有没有损坏，如果没有，就去现场安装试试（排除网络问题），如果现场用没问题的iso还有问题，再说硬件的事
