去编辑 /boot/grub/grub.cfg，把对应的 menuentry xxxx { } 一段删掉
如果你要删的在 ### BEGIN /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###和### END /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###中间，把中间剩余的内容放到/boot/grub/custom.cfg里，并到/etc/default/grub里设置GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=true，防止update-grub后又加回来
如果你要删的在 ### BEGIN /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###和### END /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###中间，把中间剩余的内容放到/boot/grub/custom.cfg里，并到/etc/default/grub里设置GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=true，防止update-grub后又加回来

按照上面提示，全部做好，重启后GRUB菜单如下图，为什么还有最后第六项还有“Linux Mint ....”？在/boot/grub/grub.cfg里已经搜不到
“Linux Mint ....”字符，不知从何而来。
第三和第六项也是重复的，但是“grub.cfg”里，### BEGIN /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###和### END /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###中间，只有一项。

是在回应你的这个提问
只要你稍微动一下脑子，就能从那句话中理解到以下事实：grub菜单中的每一项，都是在grub.cfg文件中由一段menuentry xxxx { }来定义的。所以删掉menuentry段就能删掉对应的菜单项。
你在编辑grub.cfg文件的时候，如果稍微动一下脑子，就能发现一个事实：grub菜单中的每一项出现的顺序，是由grub.cfg文件中menuentry段出现的顺序决定的。所以当你调整了menuentry段出现的顺序，grub菜单项的顺序也会跟着改变
那么对比你1楼和4楼的图，Windows Boot Manager (on /dev/sda1)和Linux Mint 20.3 Una (20.3) (on /dev/sda6)这两项被删掉了，Windows Boot Manager (on /dev/nvme0n1p1)这项被复制了一份，和Advanced options for Linux Mint...这项一起移动到了最后。
如果你在操作的时候稍微动一下脑子，就应该能发现一个事实：在custom.cfg中定义的menuentry段，会被显示在grub菜单的最后。而你grub.cfg中最后一个menuentry段是UEFI Firmware Settings，所以很明显，UEFI Firmware Settings之后的两项都是被你放在了custom.cfg里。
现在你知道为什么了吗？

我是没想到我们添加的boot/grub/custom.cfg内容，会自行copy到启动菜单里，
所以 才有后来4楼的一个追问。
神奇的是4楼的启动菜单，我没有对它再次作任何编辑、修改操作，在几天的使用后，自动修正了，
