网络无法自动重连，必须要重启

系统：Ubuntu Lts 22.0.4
对于我的设备，我的Ubuntu设备正常运行，但是连接路由器的电源断开了，安装ubuntu系统的设备电源并没有断开，这个Ubuntu设备也在正常运行，但是网络断开了，此时，我将路由器电源恢复了，连接到这个路由器的网络也正常了，但是我的Ubuntu系统的网络却没有恢复，必须要重启Ubuntu系统才能恢复网络，这是为什么？ 已知，我在路由器内已经将设备的mac地址和此Ubuntu系统的网络IP绑定了
