去网站下载完成后，按Right click on the file on your desktop, click Properties and select the Permissions tab. There should be a checkbox labelled 'Allow executing file as a program', check this. Then open up a Terminal (you can find this in Applications, Accessories) and type the following:

cd Desktop(桌面)
sudo ./REALPLAYER10GOLD.BIN

If the file is called something different then reflect it here.

Then just follow the instructions on-screen.
