在桌面创建启动器 指向/usr/ugs040/rc.ugs.flexlm 。注意在起动器里面的命令要sudo /usr/ugs040/rc.ugs.flexlm才可以的。
然后再启动UG

ugnx4.lic这个授权文件，你可以放在别的位置，并修改好它
在安装的时候，指定路径就可以了

看你的描述，就是LICENSE服务未启动
1 安装完成后有没有重新启动？
2有没有下载附件ug_install并覆盖你原来的文件？
因为UG安装包带的ug_install中少了一行代码---#！bin/ksh,导致/etc/int.d/rc.ugs.flexlm中第一行，没有定义shell，而ubuntu的init.d 中有一个README，明确指出了，此目录下的脚本，必须有#!bin/sh开头

现在，/inti.d/rc.ugs.flexlm中开头加上#！bin/ksh，就可以解决flexlm随系统启动的问题
但inti.d/rc.ugs.flexlm文件权限，决定了你改动不了它
办法：复制inti.d/rc.ugs.flexlm出来，添加权限，然后修改
删除/inti.d/rc.ugs.flexlm
再把修改好的，放回去

或者，你按照第9步，也可以解决

首先，确定你们的许可文件OK
然后，删除刚才第一次安装时产生的目录
sudo rm -r /usr/ugs040
还有home/username/下 有关ug 安装所产生的文件

然后按照安装方法，重新来过一次

安装好了，LICENSE服务未启动，按照楼主的第9步做了，打开UG可是提示启动应用程序出错，细节： 执行子进程“/usr/ugs040/rc.ugs.flexlm”失败(Permission denied)
