请教高手ADSL上网？？

我的是ubuntu7.10 用网通DHCP上网出现一下情况请教高手？？？？
sudo /opt/racer/ecou.sh start

是不是libstdc++.so.5没有安装，该怎样安装请指点一二谢谢哦！！！
