[Help me] : My xfce4 panel disappeard!

I occasionaly killed the xfce4 panel with Ctrl+Alt+Esc. So the panel can not come back automaticly even after reboot. How should I do? But in rescue mode I execute startxfce4 in root terminal, the panel is normal. Now I even could not type Chinese character. How ugly!

Should I execute #xfce4-panel& now?

open up a terminal(pts, not tty) and do the following:
------
xfce4-panel &
exit

-------
When you log out put a tick in the box that says "Save session for future logins",then restart to the xfce4 ,everything goes well too now.

Thanks, jaguar00! I had resolved it by doing what you told me.

But I don't know the what is the difference between pts and tty. Did you mean that I should open the terminal by right-click the mouse and should not press Alt and F1 at the same time to start a new login?

google the pts and tty;

in simply way , tty--alt+ctl+Fn ;pts ----just like gnome terminal or mxrvt and stuff;

then , you can understand why not you to login in tty .becos you can active the xfce4-panel in console??so we'd better try this in X -windows, then open up terminal--pts,not login in tty to do this .
