如何修改BT的默认端口？

由于是局网，网管没有使用聚生网管这类软件，只是封了BT的默认端口（6881~6890）。
开放端口有135、445、1028、8118、9050、9051。
所以请教如何像在XP上，通过在文件类型中加入.minport xxxx .maxport xxxx来改变BT的默认端口。
