求救 系统进不去

今天我设置时间时，地区设为Dalian时区设为Asia/Shanghai然后就死机了
重开机后不能进入Ubuntu并出现信息：
Busy Box v1.1.3(Debian 1:1.1.3-5ubuntu12) Built-in shell (cash)

然后重启进入可恢复模式之后又不能进，出现信息：
Kernel panic -not syncing:IO-APIC + timer doesn't work
Boot with apic=debug and send a report.Then try booting with the 'noapic' option.
想请教一下各位我系统出什么问题了怎么解决。

意思是在sudo vim /boot/grub/menu.lst文件里的内核加入 noapic


kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-22-generic root=UUID=eexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx9 ro noapic
