我在ubuntu上面是很好的可以链接上的，在windows上面也可以，但是在arch上面就是连不上，不知道是什么原因……

ssh -qTfnN -D 7070 username@ip 这个命令有效，貌似是命令输入错误了，以前

用你的浏览器设置sock什么的，端口为-D后面那数字。
