14.04用的不是upstart吗?
可我刚发现有些服务(vsftpd)的脚本是systemd的?

指的是 開機時 預設使用 Upstart 初始化

至於 檔案內容 可能混雜 有些是 Upstart 有些是 Systemd
過渡時期 至少需要 幾個 Ubuntu 版本
